Returns & Exchanges

REJINA PYO offers a 14-day return period from the date of delivery for all full-priced items, provided they are in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear and earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and security tags remain intact and undisturbed.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team has inspected and approved your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
